Chef Thomas Tennant has lived in Cayman since 2010 and his relationship with local farmers and fishermen means that his clients experience his "local-ish" spin on Caribbean & American cuisine. His respect for the region inspired him to create his "Cayman Peppa" hot sauce line too. Chef On Call is a mobile chef and catering business that aims to please guests of any size or budget; from villas and boats to corporate events, we're just a call away.
